Since 1975, Frank DeSimone has provided building enclosure consulting, design, forensic investigation, and construction administration for projects throughout New England and beyond. His career spans contracting, engineering consulting, owner's representation, and project management, providing a unique perspective that balances technical excellence with real-world constructability.
Frank is a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) and Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) with extensive experience in roofing, waterproofing, masonry restoration, glazing, cladding, and building envelope systems.
